Return Policy

If you're bummed on your item, no stress, just let us know by emailing info@rowdygoods.com. 

We accept returns for most full-priced items purchased online for a credit only within 30 days of purchase. The credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, valid for two (2) years from the date of issue. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, tags intact, and in the original packaging. No makeup can be found on the inside or outside of any articles of clothing.  

We are not responsible for the shipping or costs of shipping on any return or exchange items, and this will be the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns on international purchases.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you need to exchange a product, we encourage you to initiate a return by emailing us at info@rowdygoods.com and then place a new order for the product you’d like.

Cancelation Policy

Orders can generally be cancelled within a few hours of being placed, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Please email us at info@rowdygoods.com to cancel your order. If an order cannot be cancelled, you may return the item according to our return policy.

Final Sale Items

Sale items and intimates (such as socks), are final sale and cannot be returned.
